Most of our systems have a 10-years limited parts warranty and all of our installations come with a labor warranty period of up to 10 years from the date of installation (terms and conditions apply).

"No Lemon" guarantee:
- This limited guarantee, exclusive to full system installations, provides a unit replacement in the event that a major component (the compressor or heat exchanger) should fail during the guarantee period. Labor for system replacement under this "No Lemon" Guarantee will be covered under regular labor warranty provided with your system installation (as per STAT HVAC terms and conditions), meaning that, if a major failure (as stated above) occurs within the coverage of labor warranty and this No-Lemon Guarantee, you will not pay anything for the replacement of your system.
Armstrong Air System Shield
Additional warranty for Armstrong Air Full systems installations (Furnace + A/C):
System Shield for Armstrong Air systems (furnace + A/C)
In addition to including the No-Lemon warranty, if you purchase an Armstrong Air System Shield with your full system installation you will extend the warranty on your system to:
- 12 years limited parts warranty (terms and condition apply)
- 10 years labor concession from Armstrong Air (meaning that in the unlikely event that we stop serving Northwest Indiana within the warranty period, Armstrong Air will cover labor charges based on a standard tabled price list (terms and condition apply)
Maintenance is a requirement for Manufacturers' Warranties
Heating and cooling equipment manufacturers request proof of regular maintenance of new equipment installed by accredited HVAC contractors, on a yearly basis. STAT HVAC LLC's Comfort Membership Maintenance Program guarantees that your equipment's maintenance records are always up to date, requiring manufacturers to honor their warranty policy if any parts break down or the whole unit needs to be replaced.
