How does it work?
When you sign up for the agreement, we agree to take good care of your AC and heating system. We will visit you twice a year for annual maintenance which is at no extra cost, where we will take all the necessary measures to ensure best operation of your system. We will rinse your outdoor coils, clean indoor blower compartment (furnace tune-up) and we will check the refrigerant level (AC tune-up). We will check all the mechanical components of your HVAC system and give you a full report on what our findings were, and if we have any recommendations for you to make it last longer. You in turn, agree to simply be our customer and use us as your HVAC contractor when needed, without any obligations.
So where is the saving coming from?
Statistically it has been proven that dirty furnaces with significant dust accumulation may lead to a significant decrease in the efficiency of your system. That being said, when during our Furnace maintenance visit, we clean the inside of your furnace, and adjust it to its proper operation level which will ensure that your system will work more efficiently and therefore you will be saving money!
