Before we start cleaning your air ducts, we will inspect the interior of your ventilation system and address any areas of concern (such as mold, obstruction, etc).

Our powerful negative air/hypervac equipment delivers an effective air duct cleaning available by using a powerful whip line sent into each duct line to safely extract contaminates from the entire ventilation system.

Once finished with the duct cleaning we perform a general air filtration inspection, air quality monitoring and check your furnace blower wheel and operation. After all, in addition to knowing how to perform proper duct cleaning, we're certified HVAC technicians and will make sure that your system is operating properly and safely.
How Often Should HVAC Systems be Cleaned?
The frequency of cleaning depends on several factors. Some things that may lead a homeowner to consider more frequent cleanings include:
- Pets that shed high amounts of hair or dander
- Before occupancy of a new home
- After home renovations or remodeling
- Residents with allergies or asthma
- Water contamination or damage to the home or HVAC system
- Maintenance or installation of new HVAC equipment
How much will it cost?
We have a fixed rate for duct system cleanings:
Each duct system cleaning across one floor (i.e.: any supply and return register grilles located on the same floor of your home)
- $600.00
If you have more than one system in your house, or a second floor, each additional system/ floor cleaning will be charged a flat rate of $400.00
This includes:
- Duct inspection
- Duct reattachment if needed (terms apply)
- Duct cleaning
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Air filtration inspection
- Indoor Air Quality monitoring
- Furnace operation general inspection
